CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY
We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment. Our appointments are booked back-to-back and when you are late we have to customize your service to fit the allotted appointment time. So plan ahead for traffic, parking and getting settled!
As a courtesy we ask that if you have to cancel, please provide a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you are booked for two or more hours of service, please provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Thank you for cooperation.
